All our fish is sustainably sourced in line with the Marine Conservation Society (MCS) policies. The MCS is a UK charity dedicated to caring for our shores, seas and wildlife.

Our menus are printed on paper that is approved by the Forest Stewardship Council, a non-profit organisation that is devoted to encouraging the responsible management of the world’s forests.
